Scripting itself is not very common in mapping, more often than not the scripting is just enough for some effects or sounds. However, Nightmare takes a different outlook on scripting with his new map, nm_sky. His 120 lines of code define the innovative survival map he has created, and each line works flawlessly to bring an entirely new experience to CoD1. Survival is the key in nm_sky, as boulders rain down on you from above and unstable platforms force you to keep moving above treacherous waters, you have to maintain your calm if you want to have any hope of survival in this Search and Destroy based map. With enough skill and a little bit of luck you can win, but don't be fooled, it isn't easy. So if you're in the mood for a fresh and original experience on CoD1, grab some friends and nm_sky, the boulders are just waiting to rain down on you from above. ;)
