Description
So apparently, all New York cops have goatees, as evidence by this skin. :p

It's pretty much the Human Mercenery model, reskinned to look like someone, wearing what appears to be a SWAT vest. Either that, or he's been hitting the steroids a bit too much.

Skin wise, some of the textures are good, with a couple looking a little too large in my honest opinion. One problem I have with this, is that it cannot be loaded through the normal character select screen. It's a console command job.
The console command can be found in the ree though, as well as for loading it as an NPC within single player.

I wasn't able to load the single player version, but maybe other s will have more luck.
