Description
Since the first Knights of the Old Republic will be a five year old game coming this summer, it gets to a point where the game gets really easy and new challenges are wanted to help with the replay value. Usually what a person would do is turn up the difficultly. However, what if the most difficult setting is starting to get easy, what do you do next? That is when modding comes into play.

Nick Biges makes his FileFront debut that gives you different levels of difficulty you can install into your override folder to help give you more of the challenge you are possibly seeking. There are three different versions of difficulty you can install into your override folder. The file you will install is called the difficultyopt.2da file. Yes, it is a .2da file, but this one of those times where there’s no mod compatibility issues to worry about. Some .2da files are in that category, but others aren’t. It just seems that the most common used .2da files we get in mods need the TSL Patcher to help us make them compatible, especially those who have no modding skills. So don’t freak out if you , see a .2da file, and worry that there is no TSL Patcher with this mod.

The folders for each difficulty level are labeled very clearly. The ree file explains the different numbers you will see and how much more difficult the game will be for you base on it, so read the ree to find out which difficulty adjustment you want to use. Keep in mind that this mod is for advanced players so don’t install it and complain it’s too hard later because you’re not experienced enough to handle it. Enjoy the mod! :D
