Description
Installing this little mod is very easy:
- if you have not already changed your "fsgame.ltx", change the 2nd line so that it looks like this:
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata
- then copy the "particles.xr" file to your "gamedaA mod that changes the bullet impacts in NPCs and mutants. Blood and dust clouds have been enhanced with Steven Spielberg's "Saving Private Ryan" in mind.
