Description
as of today i start versioning:

v1.B.1: fixed problem with calling people hackers, and multi line names still being allowed
if someone tries to use an illegal character (ascii127) they are named "Im a TSEARCH nub"
if someone tries to crash the server (ascii==10) they are named "I Cant Crash U"
added new command release
v1.B.0: fixed nameid bug (ie a muted player couldnt whisper there id [SC now whispers themselves])
fixed new mute bug (server controler can be muted but isnt actually muted)
added character(letter) filter on and name change (allows for block to be lifted)
fixed character filter too (phew)
added log capability (logs chat/teamtalk/whisper/namechange to a text file default on)
wait timeout added (in case a clumsy SC controller leaves with it still on)
v1.A.0: added nameID,
fixed mute command
v1.9.0: fixed glitch
v1.8.0: re-added whisper logging,
