Description
After some restless time (err... three hours) of work I took this new code, built it and got these changes.
-No need to restart server for "leave message" commands or to enable "sv maplist" commands.
-flood_msgs cvar unlocked for use. Default: This mod is based on YOU modifying stuff. It can modify Starting health, maximum health, weapons damage, about the health, you may choose to add a random quantity that you set, the first version will be able to do this.
