This ship is a new twist on the Galaxy Class design leniage. The model is well made, and the textures are excellent. The phaser bank placement on the DJOrion has an inherant weakness, in phaser arc coverage. Leaving the port & starboard open to a directed bombardment. The ship handles well in quickbattle, Fast intercept speed and highly manuverable at impulse.

I would guage the ship\'s defensive capabilities in the post-nemesis era.The shield are upraited to take on punishing blows from Klingon and Romulan disruptor fire. Overall, the concept design is slightly smaller, akin too a heavy cruiser.

Definitely Worth having a look at...
