Evie was the first companion I made and the first of many.
She is terrible at sneaking but is good with Melee Weapons, Energy Weapons and Small Guns.
She also seems to like the Autoaxe (If you have The Pitt) a bit too much.
You can find her in Megaton near the front gate. If you blew up Megaton well then she won't be there, but if you have the GECK feel free to mod her as you see fit.
