Doom 3 is gorgeous and I was quite dissapointed that id didn't use the engine's full potential specially on weapons. Now there are lots of mods out there already but I could not find one that for one would spice Doom 3 in a good and realistic manner This mod adds more realism, effects and balances to Doom 3, specially for the single player campaign.
