Small enb for best graphics with minimal impact on performence. ENB setting for 0.278 enb, you need "d3d9.dll" in "wrapper" folders on enbdev site.
-Tweak: Game AA on Off, anisotrope Off(force in driver) or 2x for low pc or 4x for medium, displacement water Off, AA for water on Off(iWaterMultisamples=0) in FalloutPrefs.ini (My documents\my games\FalloutNV) Disable ambiante occlusion in driver , FAST VSYNC and ADAPTATIVE. -Change settings: With "SETTINGS" folder in ENBLITE folder.
