A gripping review, I know =_= 5.02 has a few tiny changes, which I'll just quote from the changelist.txt, as to do otherwise would warrant a stick in the colon.

V5.02
> Double-clicking on the description of a directory patch now allows you to change it.
> Directory patch button now reads "Activate Patch"
> Some minor changes to ree file


There you have it. If you were using 5.00 =_= *gestures* perhaps these tiny changes might make you go ":D!"
