I've found that, while playing Morrowind, I just didn't have enough magick to throw around. Without using a birthsign or a racial trait which provide that delicious fortify maximum magicka attribute, having any significant amount of magic becomes difI didn't get the idea until I started playing Oblivion, strangely enough, and then it hit me: why not create a script that causes your intelligence to grow based on 10% of your intelligence?
