Well that about sums it up. However, there is immediately a problem with the file, there is no functioning pk3 included. The file is there, but its missing the .pk3 extension. If you add this, then put the file into your base, it will work.
There isn't much to say about this, its the mandalorians insignia which replaces the boring old base jka chat icon. Personally I think it would look better as the symbol with just a transparent background, rather than on the white background, but thats just my taste. Aside from the obvious error, its a nice enough modification.
What you see, is what you get when it comes to the screenshot, so if you like, then give it a , and dont forget to add the pk3 extension to the file name, otherwise it wont work.
