simply add/replace the w_binoc.ltx to "gamedata/config/weapons" folder.
noticed a request on the forums at some time and thought it was a good idea. i experimented, and sure enough the first time i got it right by chance. not a programmer by any mAdds night vision to the binoculars as well as increasing the range by a small margin.
