Description
This reskin of Kyle is, I guess, meant to make Kyle look as dumb and silly as possible. Unless of course there some other popular definition of \'retarded\' (yes, I\'m referring to the [i]pop culture[/i] definition of the word, not the real one). This particular Kyle skin has green bricks painted over his face, a black smile painted on, the hair is green, the shirt is half pink half Barney the Purple Dinosaur, and his pants are neon green. Certainly random, if I had to choose a word. Team is the default Kyle team colors, and NPC has been included. No bot or custom sounds, however.
