(For those who want the weapon more balanced.)
-Chillrend will still turn those stab by it into ice looking figures but they are conscious and can attack/defend themselves so no cheap shots.
-only their movement will be restricted for Well, I was disappointed by chillrend after risking your life to save the two boys and all you get is a short sword with a little ice damage. So I added a script effect to make it live up to its name "Chill".
