This patch fixes:
Modified Defiant textures.
Replacing current fedstarbase with a retextured lo-poly stock model.
Canon ships resized, except Borg Cube and D'deridex Warbird.
All computers can detect cloak ships.
Borg ships can refit antimatter minelayer.
Defiant Class can refit R-Cloak.
