Warning buoy 5f6bw

Description
A small Warning buoy that can be added to a neutral AI team (preferably team 0 and close to the danger itself) to provide a warning and remind people of nearby dangers. It comes with the messege empty by default, so you can add one to fit the requirements.

Not exactly an important concept due to the nature of the game, but it adds a bit of realism to a map and was done multiple times on the show by several ships. This one is custom made for the role and won\'t cause any unwanted side effects, like shooting the enemy, having crew, sending out Tachyon pings, ect.
