In this case, not much, except for some interesting tank gameplay. The buildings are placed in such a way to disrupt tank formations, forcing you to get creative or be bottled up. There's also plenty of opportunities for digging in and defending, especially if you're the Wehrmacht.
The only thing I'd change? I'd make it look a bit less like that SP campaign map, Lorraine. Maybe just add some weather, I feel like heavy rain wouldn't be out of order on a map like this.
