I'm afraid that I am going to have to keep this one short, or I will run out of things to say.

This skin is supposed to be someone who would fit in with the Blue Man Group. What it really is is Luke with his clothes paintbucketed black and his head, neck, and hands paintbucketed blue. Team skins simply paintbucket the clothes either red or blue. There's also a NPC file for it, but nothing else.

Honestly, this needs work. It needs some real skinning. Paintbucketing never cuts it. At the very least, a better model could have been chosen....
