Anyone been around long enough to this? TK originally released it sometime in '04, but being the softy he was it was taken down shortly thereafter. Evidently his heart has hardened over the years and he's since become a cruel man, as he's not only re-released his dark side choker but also included the never-released really dark side version of it. He's going to hell, you know. Let his wayward life serve as a warning to yours.
The ree already explains what the mod does, so I won't reiterate the details here. In short, though, it allows you to kill non-hostile NPCs in a variety of nasty ways. For obvious reasons, be careful not to use it on ones with plot-critical dialogues.
