Description
Business has been slow the last few days, I wonder why? Oh well..
Here we have a skin that's an edited version of Lord Skulldron. From what I see, the author decided to use the Quinlan Vos skin for his version.
Before I begin, I want to let all of you know that this file is in .rar format. So, this means that you'll to a program like WinRaR or 7-Zip, and unpack the rar file. Although, I suggest using WinRaR. You can it here:
The first thing you'll notice about this skin is metallic/steel face, which is engulfed by a black hood. This was the face of Xerxes Elite Guard, or ''Immortals,'' in the popular film 300. To be honest, I think it was a great idea to use the face of the the elite guard on this skin. It just adds to the mystery in my opinion. Also, he made the hands metallic too. I'm going to assume here that possibly the whole body is metallic? Correct me if I'm wrong... >_>
Another thing I noticed was the fact that you used the Quinlan Vos skin for this version. This was quite disappointing in my eyes. It kind of ruins the whole idea of the ''Mystic Grave Guard''. You'd think a Grave Guard would be in robes or something. At least, that's what my depiction of it would be. I suggest that if you make a second version, it's recommended that you replace that Quinlan Vos skin with a robed version instead. It will look so much better, and It will really make it seem ''mystic''.
Just so most of you are aware, there is an ''extra'' feature to this skin. The author decided to add a robed version as well, (Which definitely covers up what I don't like), so you'll have to type this command into the console to use it:
/model mystic_graveguard/robe
As we move on, the last thing you'll notice is the sound files. The only thing the author changed was the taunt. When I first pressed my taunt button, I was quite scared.. It seems that the author decided to use a very scary, and evilish laugh.
WARNING: This laugh may cause you to experience nightmares! Beware! =_O
Well, maybe not.. but the taunt is really twisted sounding. I guess you can expect that from a lonely grave guard. They don't do much, do they? All they do is guard graves.. sounds like fun doesn't it?
All in all, this isn't a bad skin. I suggest some improvements be implemented in a version two. I strongly recommend you replace that Quinlan Vos skin with a robed version. It will look MUCH better, trust me. Also, maybe you could add some more sound files..? Perhaps some fall sounds?
Anyways, this is definitely worth a if you want something different, or wanna be a mysterious Grave Guard.
