I can\'t really say that much, except to put a lot more effort and creativity. This is so simple that I can\'t really think of a way to suggest that. But whatever floats your boat. Or base folder, in this case.

Oh, one thing. It has come to my attention that this is supposed to be based around the npc. It is not meant to be used as a skin, although it does have the option of being used as a skin.

~ Zach[/quote]A new skin has been added in this version, centered around the Rebel model itself. The author has made two mistakes which let the whole skin down (although most of it is just the base Raven skin anyway) - skinning flesh over clothes always looks terrible, even more so when it\'s almost entirely a flat color. And the second mistake? No blending [i]at all[/i] has been done on the \"tatoos\". It doesn\'t look so good, I\'m afraid.

The author states that this file is \"all about the NPCs\", but frankly, it has less merit as an NPC pack than it does as a skin pack. The Rebel NPC, supposedly balanced out against the stormtroopers but not \"cheapened\", is not really worth the time. The only merit it has is that it\'ll take more than one slash to deck them. Also, they\'ve been given more HP and far more accuracy than they should have been given, yet somehow they\'re easier to defeat than the base Rebels.

The author also included several soundsets, which are exact duplicate copies of baseJKA soundsets. So, most of this file\'s bulk is for content which didn\'t need to be included in the first place.

I honestly can\'t see a reason to this. The NPCs are mediocre, and the skins are uninteresting. But hey, I\'m not the one doing the ing, am I?
