The Interface for editing is not done yet, you can edit the text but there are no dropdown boxes or special editors like in TibEd 1.x.
Adding of units, armors, etc is not available in beta 1.TibEd 2 is a full rewrite of TibEd 1. The goal of TibEd 2 is to allow you to easily create, modify and deploy mods. It was designed with C&C: Generals in mind and at the moment.
