Description
This is fix the following problems that occur on GoWeapons X4 when used with UT2004.

No General Protection Fault every time you fire Rune Of The Healers
The Enforcer MkII will not be invisible (this only occured once with me)
The Railgun will noAn updated version of my older Weapons Package, GoWeapons X4 (v1.2), this is for UT2004 only though and will not work with UT2003, this instead of the old GoWeapons packages in UT2003
